Ripple wins case against SEC!

Ripple has won a case against the SEC, the judge ruled that XRP is not a security. The New York District Court said "the offer and sale of XRP on a digital asset exchange is not commensurate with the offer and sale of investment contracts," because "the record cannot assign a third Howey branch to this transaction.

" The case began in December 2020 when the SEC sued Ripple and two of its chief executives, Brad Garlinghouse and Chris Larsen, over allegations that the company offered unregistered securities. #RippleSEC
