About yOUcash (YOUC)
yOUcash is an essential component of the YOUengine decentralized platform and the YOUapp network of decentralized applications and tools. yOUcash is used to power and incentivize these interconnected decentralized networks. yOUcash is used to reward users who watch advertisements with precise targeting.
The yOUcash concept is built to keep users’ personal information privately owned and controlled by the user while rewarding the user for their agreement in the advertising process. In exchange for their willful consent in this process, the user may also choose to interact with the advertisers’ ecosystem if interested.
yOUcash was developed by Michael Muenzing and Konstantin Chernov in 2020, some reports date the start of website development as early as 2019. YOUengine and YOUapp were reportedly launched in February 2021, a few months after the yOUcash, an ERC-20-based token was launched in October 2020. As it’s an ERC-20 token, blocks are now validated through a Proof-of-Stake consensus mechanism. The yOUcash cryptocurrency token is known by its token ticker $YOUC. While not actively listed, the current price of yOUcash is updated and available in real-time on Binance.
