Pour commencer il faut déclarer son compte binance aux impôts, formulaire n°3916-3916 bis.

Ensuite, vous pouvez choisir d'être imposé sur vos gains comme pour un salaire ou comme des bénéfices non commerciaux. ici le choix dépend de votre taux d'imposition, personnellement je suis imposable sur la seconde tranche d'imposition celle à 11%. je choisis donc la déclaration au barème (comme un revenu complémentaire) (case 2OP).

J'ai ensuite utilisé binance tax pour déterminer les montants à déclarer :
je n'ai pas retiré d'argent de binance donc mon seul résultat correspond aux gains de stacking soit 921€. (case 3VJ)

en revanche j'ai un second compte etoro pour lequel j'ai retiré toute la crypto au profit d'action à rendement. sur ce compte je déclare 471€ (case 3BN) de perte lié a la crypto, 141€ (2TS) de gain sur des actions et 273€ (case 3VG) de plus value déjà taxés au moment de la distribution.
