After ETF approval, BTC dropped for 12 days, totaling a 22% loss. Then, it hit its lowest point. A bounce back began three days later. It took 17 days to return to its previous level.

Similarly, ETH also fell for 12 days after the ETF approval, dropping 25%. Now, we need to see what happens next.

📈 ETH ETF Flows Update

Yesterday's data reveals a consistent inflow across all ETH ETF providers, with the exception of Grayscale. Notably, Grayscale's outflows are reducing in size. Impressively, the total overall flow for yesterday turned positive.

This trend indicates increasing confidence and interest in ETH ETFs among investors. Keep an eye on this space for further updates.

I like the 1H reaction on #ETH🔥🔥🔥🔥 after taking out the liquidity zone at $3240. If we hold this low on a closing basis, $3500 🚀 is next IMO. If not, the recent low at the $3100 area is the target.

The CVD divergence on ETH is still present. 📉 When zooming out, you can see that since the ETF launch, spot has diverged from futures. Don't get tricked on the mid- to longer-term timeframe. 🕒 Remember, ETF flows take time to digest and fully impact the market! 📊

🚨 I track OI (open interest) very closely to see what the market is doing and to anticipate on it. Right now, it touched and went even above my line of resistance. That line marked each previous time a pending squeeze was happening in the upcoming days. So get ready! 💥📈

📊 Check out the ETH CVD divergence! The three upper lines (🟣⚪️🔵) represent spot exchanges, while the three lower lines (🟡🟤🟠) represent futures.

When CVD goes up, it indicates buy aggressors are dominating (market buying). Conversely, when CVD goes down, it shows sell aggressors are in control (market selling). Right now, spot shows net buying pressure, while futures indicate the opposite.

📉 For BTC, we saw OI retrace in this dump, but similar to ETH, the OI that got pushed out was immediately re-added. I'll be watching the 63.3-4K level closely. This area has significant confluences:
- Daily 21 EMA 🟡
- Daily 55 EMA 🟢
- 4H 200 EMA ⚪️
