The legal head of Ripple Labs, Stuart Alderoty, has expressed that any potential appeal from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the recent landmark ruling in favor of Ripple is unlikely to undermine their victory.
Instead, he believes such an appeal could possibly strengthen Ripple's position even further.
The concerns surrounding the SEC's appeal were dismissed by Ripple's chief legal officer.
