1/ You can directly open the website link https://nns.ic0.app/neurons/?u=csyra-haaaa-aaaaq-aacva-cai or go to the NNS frontend (wallet) - Neuron Staking - select ICPSwap. As shown in the image, this is where you can view the ICS neurons you purchased in the SNS swap.
2/ Your ICS tokens are divided into 5 equivalent neurons, with one of them unlocked, while the others have dissolution delays of 3, 6, 9, and 12 months, respectively. Click on the unlocked neuron.
3/ Click the "Distribute" button, and upon completion, the $ICS in Neuron will be sent to the NNS frontend (wallet) - Tokens.
4/ Because Internet Identity (II) is designed to include user privacy, using II to connect to any DApp (including the NNS frontend) will generate a unique Principal ID. So if you want to trade $ICS on ICPSwap, you need to transfer $ICS to your another wallet address, using Plug as an example. Connect ICPSwap using Plug. Copy the Principal ID.
5/ In the NNS frontend (wallet) - Tokens section, locate the $ICS token, click on "Transfer," paste your Plug's Principal ID, and then click "Send now."
6/ Back on ICPSwap, your Plug wallet, you will find your $ICS balance. Enjoy your trading.
