Sometimes in a bid to avoid following our FOMO we sometimes end up.not taking that risk required to put us ahead in our Training Journey.
Sometimes all you need is to follow your FOMO😂 Literally! I've done this a Couple of times and it sometimes turned out very well.
It's good to follow the rules and stay on the safe side but sometimes breaking the Rules and making that Decision that Seems Stupid might just be what you Need.
