Below are 3 COMMON ways beginners get scammed that you should know for your own good:

1. Beginners get deceived by someone who sells Testnet token to them as real token

(Test tokens are not real tokens, beware!)

2. Newbies meet someone online and decide to do OTC (Over The Counter) exchange without an ESCROW with the hope s/he has found a Crypto lord!

(Never do OTC with a stranger without an ESCROW)

3. Newbies get a phishing email tricking them into clicking on fake links so they can connect their wallets and get their funds drained!

(Confirm all giveaways or winning emails from their official social media platforms)

BONUS:

Newbies get contacted by a stranger and pretends to be a support of an exchange you just opened an account on or...

The personal banking system you just set up (let's say Trust Wallet) then this "Supposed Support" asks you to send your 12 Seed Phrases/Private Key so he could multiply your portfolio orโ€ฆ

Help you solve a glitch or particular problem in your account!

(Admin/Support of Exchanges/Wallets WON'T DM you first!)

If you find them useful, then consider giving it a like or repost ๐Ÿ”„ to get to 1 other anon!

Thanks for reading fam and happy new year to you my fren๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™
