Moving into September, the likelihood of the rates remaining the same drops to 39%. The probability of a cumulative 25 basis point cut increases to 55.7%, and the chances of a cumulative 50 basis point cut are predicted to be 5.3%. These predictions are based on the current economic conditions and market trends.
