According to Foresight News, the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) has asked Judge James Mellor to approve Craig Wright's payment of 85% of its legal fees.

In February of this year, COPA took Wright to court in the UK, seeking to determine whether he was Satoshi Nakamoto. Wright has been suing members of the crypto community for years, claiming that he is Nakamoto. However, in March, a UK court ruled that Wright was not the creator of Bitcoin, nor the author of the Bitcoin white paper.
