According to PANews, BlackRock has submitted a revised S-1 registration statement for its proposed Ethereum ETF, revealing information about seed fund investors. In the revised document, BlackRock stated, 'On May 21, 2024, seed relief fund investors conditionally purchased 400,000 shares of the seed creation basket, each share price equivalent to 25 dollars.' BlackRock also indicated that these shares will be listed for trading under the code 'ETHA'.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recently begun discussions with issuers about the S-1 form. Some analysts speculate that this process may take several weeks. Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas tweeted on Wednesday that BlackRock's revised S-1 is a 'good sign'. The launch of the Ethereum ETF at the end of June is a reasonable possibility, but analysts still believe that the Ethereum ETF will be launched on July 4.
