According to Foresight News, DePIN L2 project Swan Chain has introduced a new distributed computing solution, incorporating the concepts of Edge Computing Providers (ECP) and Fog Computing Providers (FCP). This framework sinks computing power to edge and fog nodes, forming a high-performance, low-cost distributed AI computing infrastructure to facilitate the implementation of innovative applications. As of May 24, Swan Chain's Proxima test network has covered 30 cities in 15 countries worldwide, with over 120 FCP nodes and more than 550 ECP nodes. The computing network ECP has generated over 230,000 ZK-Snark proofs for the Filecoin network and will integrate ZK proof systems such as Aleo, Scroll, Starknet in the future.
It is reported that the Swan Chain mainnet is expected to go live in June, with the final round of test network activities currently underway. Participants can deploy FCP/ECP nodes to contribute idle computing power according to the tutorial, earning Swan points that can be exchanged for tokens at the time of TGE.
