According to Cointelegraph: OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Enterprise, a faster, more secure, and powerful version of its artificial intelligence chatbot designed for businesses. In an August 28 post, the company stated that ChatGPT Enterprise provides unlimited access to GPT-4 with up to twice the performance speed and can process 32,000 token context windows for inputs. This allows the model to process approximately 24,000 words of text in a single input, which is about four times more than the standard GPT-4.
OpenAI claims that ChatGPT Enterprise improves upon GPT-4's privacy and security standards, as it does not use company data to train its OpenAI models and is SOC 2 compliant, a standard for managing customer data. The enterprise product was launched in response to "unprecedented demand" for ChatGPT products since its November 30 debut. Over 80% of Fortune 500 companies have adopted the AI tool to some extent, using it for tasks such as crafting clearer communications, accelerating coding tasks, exploring answers to complex business questions, and assisting with creative work.
OpenAI is also developing a self-serve business tool that will enable ChatGPT to extend its knowledge to a company's data. The company plans to launch this feature as soon as possible and will continue to evolve based on early customer feedback. Cryptocurrency firms are increasingly experimenting with AI to address various issues, including combating climate change, increasing transparency in the music industry, and enhancing data privacy on-chain.
