Your assets are in earn so transfer them from earn to spot

I have a problem here which I don't understand, the coins are automatically leaving my spot, even when I want to transfer it is not showing anything, again it is showing dollars in my wallets but I am not able to pay the sale, while giving the sale it asks me to buy the coins again, please Someone help me 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏
