Odaily reports that Deutsche Digital Assets (DDA) and Heliad Crypto Partners have partnered to launch the DDA Heliad Dynamic Blockchain ETP (HELI) on the Börse Stuttgart, Germany's second-largest securities exchange. This new ETP provides investors with a dynamically adjusted portfolio basket of up to 13 blockchain tokens, "focusing on user adoption, market appeal, and performance metrics based on usage."
