Odaily reports that Deutsche Digital Assets (DDA) and Heliad Crypto Partners have partnered to launch the DDA Heliad Dynamic Blockchain ETP (HELI) on the Börse Stuttgart, Germany's second-largest securities exchange. This new ETP provides investors with a dynamically adjusted portfolio basket of up to 13 blockchain tokens, "focusing on user adoption, market appeal, and performance metrics based on usage." The selected tokens include <BTC>, <ETH>, <SOL>, <BNB>, <TON>, <OP>, <POL>, <TRX>, <NEAR>, <SUI>, <CELO>, <ARB>, and <INJ>, with varying weights.
