Craig Wright's appeal in his case against the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) was dismissed today by a British court as unfounded, arguing that there was "no prospect of success.
Lord Arnold, a Court of Appeal judge, said the application was "dismissed as totally unfounded.
Wright filed several appeals after a trial with Copa earlier this year found that he was definitely not #bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto. According to a #BitMEX investigation, Craig Wright tried to portray the judge as biased in his appeal.
