A recent report by PiP World reveals that financial literacy in the crypto community is alarmingly low, with only 25% of participants demonstrating adequate knowledge. This figure is half the average financial literacy rate in the U.S. The study, based on over 12,000 responses from Coinfessions, highlights that many crypto traders lack the essential skills to navigate the market effectively. Notably, large investors, or "whales," boast a 96% literacy rate, while long-term holders, or "hodlers," show 80%. However, day traders lag with just 27%, raising concerns about informed decision-making in the crypto space.
