OpenGPU is a groundbreaking initiative focused on decentralizing GPU
computing specifically for artificial intelligence (AI) tasks through blockchain technology. The network is structured around three main subsystems: the Client System, the Provider System, and the Network Orchestration System. The Client System allows users to create and submit AI tasks, offering a user-friendly interface for model uploads, database sharing, and hyperparameter configuration. The Provider System facilitates the onboarding of GPU providers who contribute their computing power while participating in blockchain operations, receiving significant rewards for their contributions. This dual incentive structure is designed to attract more providers compared to traditional blockchain validators, enhancing the network's strength and efficiency.
The Network Orchestration System serves as the backbone of the OpenGPU ecosystem, ensuring seamless, secure distribution of tasks and leveraging blockchain for transparency and traceability.
