Manta Network Gas Gain
Manta Network has launched a rewards program called “Gas Gain” on its namesake Pacific platform. This program allows users to earn MANTA tokens by engaging in on-chain activities. The current airdrop cycle for Manta Network’s Gas Gain program has 25 days before it concludes.

Gas Gain is a revenue-sharing initiative by Manta Network, which redistributes 50% of gas fees collected on Manta Pacific. These fees are converted into MANTA tokens and airdropped to the platform’s most active users, known as “Manta Maxis.”
Additionally, the Manta Foundation has committed 10 million MANTA tokens (equivalent to 1% of the total supply) to enhance the reward pool over the next four years.
Manta Airdrop Allocation Criteria
Users earn points based on their on-chain activity on Manta Pacific, with each interaction contributing to their overall score.
The platform will calculate these points based on various activities, namely Asset Value and Transaction Frequency, Diverse Engagement, Recognized Contributions, and Social Media Engagement.
The Asset Value and Transaction Frequency program prioritizes users who engage with Manta Pacific frequently, rewarding both high transaction values and regular interactions. Meanwhile, Diverse Engagement allows users to maximize their points by interacting across multiple decentralized applications (dApps), DeFi platforms, NFTs, and games on Manta Pacific.
The Recognized Contributions program involves special activities, such as holding a Golden Shovel NFT or participating in campaigns like Manta CeDeFi, granting users extra points while recognizing them as dedicated participants.
And, with Social Media Engagement, users can earn additional points by sharing updates about Gas Gain on social media and maintaining assets like $ETH or $MANTA in their Manta Pacific wallets.
At the end of each two months, or “epoch,” the top 400 users will receive their rewards based on their points. The Manta platform will convert these earnings into MANTA tokens and airdrop them directly to their wallets.

Distribution of Rewards
In each epoch, 50% of the gas fees accumulated on Manta Pacific are pooled, converted to MANTA tokens, and distributed among the top-ranked participants. This setup means that the more active a user is, the more potential they have to earn from the program. In case of a tie among participants, the first 400 to achieve the highest score will share the profits.
Manta token is currently trading at $0.5, down 1.3% from a day ago.
