BlockBeats reported that on October 13, Craig Wright appeared to be acting as his own legal representative in the latest lawsuit against Bitcoin Core and Jack Dorsey's payment company Square. Bitmex Research pointed out that the UK High Court case tracking showed that Wright recently filed a lawsuit as a "party", indicating that he may file a lawsuit himself without legal representation.

Although the lawsuit specifically named Bitcoin Core and Square Up Europe Ltd., the software used to distribute Bitcoin, the case tracking page did not specify the purpose of the lawsuit.

Wright recently published an article on X about MicroStrategy's lawsuit and legal threats, but it is unclear whether this is related to the lawsuit.

He is trying to file three legal appeals in the UK, but all are awaiting approval. Two of them are against the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) and one is against Peter McCormack.
