According to the CME FEDWatch tool;
- 25 basis points rate cut expectation 37.5
- The expectation for a 50 basis point rate cut was 62.5%.
When we look at the expectation rates, it seems to be a strong possibility that the FED will first cut rates by 50 basis points in September.
