The altcoin market cap (#TOTAL2 ) has broken the downtrend line with a big candle. The approval of the Ethereum ETF is the reason for this, and we may see more money flowing into ETH when the spot ETF trading starts. This is good for altcoins and we may see an altseason soon.

We are almost at the end of the month and as I usuallly do, it's important to take a moment and analyze the global market picture and adapt your strategies accordingly.
In this regard, your two main "allies" will be the BTC Dominance and Total 2 charts.

Let me break down everything for you 👇

BTC dominance is approaching a critical resistance level at 59.40%.
This level is significant as it marks a separation point from Bitcoin's 2021 highs.
The current rise has been sustained for two years, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a rejection at this level, even if we manage to cross it.

What Would That Mean?🔍

If the #BITCOIN dominance will keep rising, altcoins are likely to underperform while Bitcoin continues to shine.
However, if that rejection occurs, we might be on the verge of a mini altcoin season that we have been waiting so long.
The Total 2 chart appears to be forming a bullish flag, indicating potential upward momentum incoming soon
1T Mcap will be the first target with huge upside possibilities till 21's highs.

How will my strategy change?✍️

👉 Simple: until bitcoin makes its direction clear, my trading strategy will be to focus on scalping with aggressive TPs and very tight stop losses.

👉 If altcoins start to bleed first, I will likely take advantage of buying some dips at keylevels, as altcoins might soon begin to rise ( I am expecting Q1 25)

👉 Lastly, keep in mind that the global outlook is still very weak.
The U.S. election could turn into a major "sell the news" event if #trump wins.

💡 The capitalization of altcoins is in the zone of the mirror level, which was previously resistance, now it is support.

Overall, market is also over the major level, and similar goes here too, if Index giving close below then we can expect it to move towards the Major Support Zone around $645B Mark, so better wait for making fresh entries in the market or make some minor ones.

#TOTAL2 sell-off lower from the resistance and might gonna approach towards the support zone of $940B - $956B. There's strong buying opportunity for the accumulation/ buying the dip. There can be some manipulations before a reversal, so stand strong.

Additionally, If weekly candle sustains above the zone then we can see some strong rally in the altcoin, which will push the market till nearly about $790B mark.

#TOTAL2 kept on rising as #BTC.D given a close below of the support area, as money started flowing into altcoins. Well, Index have plenty of room to play as the next major resistance area is at $940B - $956B and structural support at$745B - $750B. In you have any position running just try to trail the stops as potentially it could move higher.

#TOTAL2 gave a strong move up to the top till the major resistance zone of $675B - $687B and the we can see that reflection in the recent alts rally. Index Discovered a new Range to move. Well, Eyes on it where it breaks and Support is at $608B - $616B.
