🐻 $LIT stuck in this consolidation zone right now, but I'm picking up a bit of a bearish vibe overall. Not crashing or anything, just feels like the energy's fading a touch. I'm thinking cautious short here
Looking at the price action on the 1h chart, it got smacked down hard from 2.785 resistance and has been bouncing around 2.60-2.70 since. All those doji and spinning tops popping up scream indecision to me. The rebound from 2.492 looks solid as support, but until it punches through 2.70, the bears still have the upper hand.
Volume-wise, the recent candles are on the lighter side during this sideways grind, which usually means the momentum's not building up much. There was that big spike around 2.492—probably a bunch of stops getting hit—then it bounced back, so maybe some sellers got shaken out there.
On capital flows, contracts are bleeding out big time over the last 24 hours (-8.65M) and even more over 7 days (-40.5M), like institutions are pulling back. But hey, the 4-hour chart shows a little inflow (+554K), so perhaps some folks are dipping back in at these prices.
Best spot to enter a short $LIT : Around 2.68-2.70 where that R1 resistance sits, especially if you see a reversal signal.
Stop loss at 2.745 (about 3.5% up, factoring in ATR of 0.0676 and the overhead structure).
Target $LIT down at 2.56 near support.
