Radicle 1.0, designed as a natural extension of Git, employs a peer-to-peer setup that supports collaborative and local-first workflows. The new version includes a peer-to-peer synchronization system based on the Git protocol, social interaction features, secure authentication using public key encryption, an intuitive command-line interface and web frontend, protocol-level privacy protection, and reproducible signed builds.
