The OpenAI research organization has released a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence (AI) called ChatGPT. Which has already been put to use in a variety of contexts. From trading bots to cryptocurrency blogs to even a song.

The bot is a language interface tool that, according to OpenAI, can engage in a conversational style. Providing answers to inquiries and helping to construct almost anything it is asked to do. OpenAI’s ChatGPT, released in November, has received a lot of attention for its remarkably well-thought-out and detailed answers to wide topics.

AI for Positive Human Goals

To use ChatGPT, one just needs to type in their query or comment into the provided text box. In response to the question, the AI system will provide many answers.

OpenAI was established in 2015 by Elon Musk, Sam Altman, Ilya Sutskever, Greg Brockman, Wojciech Zaremba, and John Schulman in San Francisco. The business claims to be driven by a desire to see AI used for positive human ends.

Using this tool, one can create a sample smart contract. While this was happening, other users found that the AI could identify smart contract flaws and help fix them or take advantage of them. Nonetheless, it was observed that the bot’s output code wasn’t always reliable.

Crypto Twitter has used the AI tool for both technical and non-technical applications, including some artistic and even commercial projects. However, the creators of ChatGPT saw artificial intelligence as an opportunity for the future of smart contract development.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman tweeted on December 5 that the tool is now free since it is “a research release,” but that this may change in the future because the program’s operating expenses are “eye-watering” and will have to be monetized “somehow at some point.”
