🔸 August 12, 2023 – approve / deny / extend 45 days
🔸 September 26, 2023 – approve / deny / extend 90 days
🔸 December 25, 2023 – approve / deny / extend 60 days
🔸 February 23, 2024 – final deadline: approve or deny
According to the regulations, no denial from SEC until the final deadline automatically approves the ETF. However, Blackrock can withdraw the application any time.
