⚠️ Believe it or not, but many individuals are experiencing losses in the #ENA Launchpool ⛏️⚠️

🚨 In this discussion, we'll cover:

Determining the optimal time to exit ENA mining and the preferred stake between $BNB and $FDUSD 🚨

Various factors influence the Binance Launchpool, with one significant aspect being the volatility of $BNB in the market. When Binance initiated the #ENA Launchpool, $BNB was priced at approximately 590 USDT, but it currently stands at 605.

What's the implication of this?

It suggests that many individuals purchased $BNBs at 605 to participate in mining.

And is that problematic?

Consider this scenario: with 605 USDT, I purchase 1 $BNB at 605 to stake in the Launchpool. By the end of the project, let's assume I've mined 5 ENA. As the project concludes, there's typically a surge in BNB selling, potentially driving its value below 590. So, if I sell my $BNB at 580 and acquire 5 ENA (each valued at 2 USDT), I'll end up with 590 USDT, initially starting with 605. That's a deficit of 15 USD!

This reality is faced by many participants in the Launchpool! So, how can we mitigate this?

There are two steps to avoid losses:

1. Hold $BNB purchased before the Launchpool announcement.

2. Sell $BNB before the Launchpool concludes.

Implementing these steps can significantly minimize losses.

Now, let's discuss the earnings of FDUSD compared to BNB. Based on my personal staking experience, I've observed that FDUSD offers only 20% rewards, while BNB provides 80%. However, despite this, I'm earning considerably more with my staked FDUSD than with my BNB.

This indicates that many individuals are exclusively staking BNB!

I recommend staking more FDUSD than BNB, as it can yield higher ENA returns with the same investment, while also mitigating the risks associated with BNB fluctuations.
