People who are not doing their KYC yet are not allowed to listen to you properly;
They cannot sell their ATH tokens -
And secondly, when KYC is successful, 500 Gem Tokens are also not received by KYC -
On Sunday February 1st your Gem Tokens will automatically convert to ATH Tokens - If KYC then sell If KYC then never sell.
The bottom line is that in a couple of days their server will be down again so it may take 8-10 days to fix.
