SOLUSDT price is forming bullish divergence on 1hr price chart similar to that of $BTC (shared few minutes ago).
$SOL price is forming lower lows but RSI indicator is forming higher lows. This reflects weakness of momentum of ongoing trend ( downtrend in this case). When a downtrend weakens, there is the time for uptrend.
