According to Cointelegraph: A mysterious Bitcoin whale, who mined BTC during the first two months after Bitcoin's launch in early 2009, has moved $3.58 million worth of Bitcoin to the Kraken exchange, according to blockchain data firm Arkham Intelligence. This "ancient" whale transferred another 10 BTC ($610,000) on October 3, following several previous transfers since September 24. The wallet, once dormant for nearly a decade, still holds 1,169 BTC, valued at $72.4 million.

The movement comes amid speculation about Bitcoin's pseudonymous creator, Satoshi Nakamoto. HBO is set to release the documentary "Money Electric: The Bitcoin Mystery" on October 8, which claims to reveal Nakamoto's true identity. The late American computer scientist Len Sassaman, a known cypherpunk, is suggested as a likely candidate, though doubts remain. Despite recent whale activity, Bitcoin is trading at $61,815, up 1.5% over the past 24 hours.
