According to Odaily, court documents submitted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have revealed that Montenegro's Prime Minister, Milojko Spajic, was one of the early investors in Terra. Spajic, who took office in October of the previous year, invested $75,000 in Singapore's Terraform Labs in April 2018, purchasing 750,000 LUNA tokens.
Prior to the public release of these court documents, the Prime Minister of Montenegro had claimed that he had never personally invested in a failed cryptocurrency project. Furthermore, he stated that it was his company that was defrauded of $75,000, not him personally.
