This is about making MORE PROFITS than losses.
This means, every Trader makes losses. But..
It's about risking little and earning more.
It's not about NOT making losses.
For example,
If your trades give you between 5 to 7 wins
and you make between 2 to 3 losses out of
10 trades with the same capital and
profit/loss as constants,ย
then you still win!
Let me make it clearer...
For every 10 trades you make, if you lose
-$10 and gain +$10 on each trade with win/loss ratio of 7:3 in this way:
1st Trade || Loss: -$10
2nd Trade || Profit: +$10
3rd Trade || Profit: +$10
4th Trade || Loss : -$10
5th Trade || Profit: +$10
6th Trade || Profit: +$10
7th Trade || Loss: -$10
8th Trade || Profit: +$10
9th Trade || Profit: +$10
10th Trade || Profit: +$10
Total Trade Analysis looks like this:
Total loss: $30
Total Gain: $70
Profit Range: $(70 - 30) = $40
This means you realized $40 profits from every 10 Trades taken.
This is just an example of what can happen
if you understand how to trade Crypto.
It can of course vary, it can even
be 6:4 or 8:2 etcโฆ
As simple as it looks, you need to master some important things like:
- When to Buy/Sell (Entry/Exit)
- Candlesticks Patterns
- Become Disciplined
- Support/Resistance
- Trendlines
- Indicators
