Binance announced on October 31, 2023 that it will donate up to $100 in BNB to registered users in the Acapulco region affected by Hurricane Otis. The donation will be made in two phases:
First phase: Users who have completed the Proof of Address (POA) before October 25, 2023 will receive $100 in BNB.
Second phase: Users who complete the POA after October 25, 2023 and before November 25, 2023 will receive $25 in BNB.
Funds will be distributed beginning November 1, 2023.
This donation is a way for Binance to help the victims of Hurricane Otis. The hurricane caused widespread damage in Acapulco, leaving thousands of people homeless and without access to basic services.
