Cream may be intrested to take a deep dive down to engulf all the leveraged trades before going upward.
It will like to liquidate maximum leveraged longs which so ever is possible so that it may get some power to pump upward.
Cream is also under pressure as if it does not pump it may be delisted soon from binance. Already it is in watch list to be delisted.
So it will try to destroy leveraged buyers to survive itself on binance.
