Futures trading can often appear as a pathway to consistent daily profits, with many traders drawn to the allure of rapid returns. From my eight years of experience in the crypto market, particularly in futures trading, there’s a deeper, more complex reality at play.

It’s important to understand that the market is influenced by sophisticated bots and algorithms. These systems are designed to exploit human psychology. For example, you may see enticing claims of someone making an $800 profit, and this can trigger an emotional response in traders, making them believe that achieving similar profits daily is easy and attainable.

However, the market thrives on emotional manipulation. A trader who becomes overconfident in making consistent daily gains, say $100 or more, may not realize that the market is systematically working against them. When losses occur, the instinct is to recover quickly, which often leads to further losses. In many cases, this leads to a vicious cycle: losing $800 initially, then risking another $800 in an attempt to recover, ultimately compounding the loss.
