Montenegro Supreme Court to Review Do Kwon Extradition Ruling

Montenegro Appellate Court’s recent approval of Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon’s extradition to South Korea has sparked concerns of legal violations. According to recent reports, the Montenegrin Supreme Court is expected to decide whether the extradition judgment has violated the law by the end of this month.

During a talk with local media, acting President of the Montenegrin Supreme Court, Vesna Vučković, asserted that the court will review the Supreme State Prosecutor’s “request for the protection of legality.” The Supreme State Prosecutor alleged that the lower court’s extradition decision had breached the law in several respects.
