WazirX Hacker Moves $6.5 Million Worth ETH To Tornado Cash as Tension Grows !!
According to blockchain security firm PeckShield, the hacker behind the $230 million WazirX exploit appears to have transferred 2,600 ETH ($6.5 million) to the U.S.-sanctioned cryptocurrency mixer Tornado Cash.
Onchain data shows the hacker carried out 26 transactions, each transferring 100 ETH to Tornado Cash, to mask the flow of funds. Interestingly, the transactions happened just hours after
WazirXâs first town hall meeting to discuss its moratorium application.
