Odaily reports that Arcade.xyz advisor Cirrus posted that in the past few months, he has noticed an interesting trend regarding the purchase of Pudgy Penguins wallets. Approximately 12 new wallets' first transaction was a 60-300 ETH deposit from Binance, and the only other transaction was the purchase of Pudgy Penguins. During this period, these wallets purchased Pudgy Penguins worth 800 ETH in this manner. Cirrus hopes this is an insider attempting to accumulate in a decentralized manner.
