BlockBeats 消息，8 月 14 日，比特币矿企 Riot Platforms 增持 100 万股 Bitfarms 普通股所有权，总购买金额为 228.08 万美元。

本次购买之后，Riot Platforms 持有的 Bitfarms 股份约占 Bitfarms 已发行和普通股的 18.90%。

BlockBeats 此前报道，6 月 24 日，Riot Platforms (RIOT) 放弃了收购 Bitfarms (BITF) 的提议，并希望在进一步收购之前对董事会进行改组。Riot Platforms 提名 John Delaney、Amy Freedman 和 Ralph Goehring 取代现任 Bitfarms 董事会成员。
