check those coins that bounce strong after the recent drop in the whole market. $NOT and $TIA are recent examples.
And,
If the project has 5-10x greater FDV than its Market Cap then you should avoid it.
$DYM & $SAGA are examples of bad tokens (I lost a lot in these coins because I staked them earlier)
$INJ $ORDI $NOT examples of good tokenomics.
