Chapter 4 - Episode 3
Part (1/3)
The price of asset (A) is 1 dollar, Asset (A) has a total supply of 1 Billion, We want to accumulate the 1 Billion, at least 80% of it,
we also want to make a lot of money while doing so, 80% of asset (A) @ current level will cost us around 800,000,000
but the problem is, we only got = 200,000,000$, if we went on buying with the 200m, the asset price will sharply increase, and no profit will be made here.
What to do?
Instructions:
Phase 1: "Consolidation"
We start "gradually, steadily and slowly" buying the asset, we buy it from retailers/weak hands/impatient people who are selling at its current price of 1$, this is a phase we (Smart Money) call "Consolidation", we buy and buy and buy at the price range of 0.90-1.10 $ per (A).
Retailers will see:
- Volume increase
- price of (A) gradually increasing over time.
Money spent by us: 50M
Money left on hand: 150M
Phase 2: "Stiring the pot"
After a period of time (a Day, week, sometimes a months) we decide it's enough, we start putting slightly bigger orders, driving price up in a short period (hours), this had stirred interest in the asset.
Phase3:
Now (A) had reached 1.25$, but if we continue buying it at this price, we will drain our bags quickly, and we just can't buy the whole market by ourselves, and so we move to phase (4).
Phase4: "Panic"
By selling a portion of our bags (7-8%) we shall achieve two things, 1) cause disturbance in the price by around 5-10% drop at least.
2) Gains: We now have sold 8% of our 50 Mil purchased (A) at a price of 1.25$ making 0.25$ profit.
Phase5: "Weak hands"
Weak hands will start doubting themselves, imagining themselves cleaning dishes, worrying about how they going to pay their loans that they took to risk in crypto, thus, they will sell accepting some loss to their money, their selling is fueling the panic we need to cause the price to drop sharply to around the same area it started, the 1$.

Now we show you our real intentions, we start buying back but this time we have increased our margin, we no longer have 200M on hand, we have 204M.
Remember the 8% we made? we now will drive the asset up to a higher price, 1.4/1.5$ using our own money.. at this period, it became clear to you (retailer) that you missed a chance to ride that red Ferrari, so "FOMO" kick back in again, you start buying back, but this time not at 1$ price, nah at 1.4/1.5$ per (A)
and guess who you buying from now?
Yup, Us!
Phase7: "spilling some honey"
We Will continue driving the price higher, buying and buying and buying, repeating the same process we made earlier that brought us 8% increase in our margin, and during this period of repetition, the price will continue to attract more bees, bees who are just looking for some honey, bees will start pouring their life saving money into a highly valued asset that was once being sold at 1$, they will use the money that they already lost a portion of it -during phase (5)-.
Now they went all in with their Life saving, they helped us greatly, our 204M alone would have only drove the asset up by 25% but with their help, now the asset is being traded at a "premium price" of 3$.. a substantial increase of 200% of the original price.
Phase 8: "Algorithm"
You know the saying "Money makes money"?
Yes we represent it, we have used our money to hire smart people to create us bots to do the previously explained phases, without us even intervening, our algorithms told us our average purchase price of the asset is now standing at only 1.7$, while asset (A) is being traded at price of 3$, a staggering 60% profit if we decide to empty our bags now.

We watch.. we watch and laugh, we laugh at them retailers painting their dreams, we laugh because we know we gonna spend our nights partying and our days sleeping, and just as you are painting your dreams of cars and exquisite travels and luxurious hotels, we have sold you a proportion of our bags at a static ratio each day and everyday.
Just before you realize what's happening, and in an instance of time, we will sell whatever is left from Asset (A) causing the price to drop 15-20%, fear will be the master of this scene, everyone is now selling, the price is sharply declining, from 2.5$ to 2.2$, 1.8$ (our average purchase price)..
at the end of the day, we hear your cries, and you can't hear our laughs, and just as you start picking yourself up again, we will sell you news that the drop was made by a hack or some whale dumping or a glitch in the system, just to keep your hope up and running.
and we meet again in 1-2 years, by the next "BTC Halvening"
