I know it's boring and a lot of traders held this coin since years but the rewards are yet to come, and believe me when I say this "The Rewards will Come BIG"💰

🟢 Why am I Bullish on XRP?

Well as a start, the SEC Vs Ripple case will end in May of this year with a settlement. After you see a breaking news that says "Ripple case has ended" or a settlement has taken place, then all the wait and suffering would be over. It will Literally EXPLODE💥

XRP has the potential to be the number one currency, it's the best currency that has an actual use, after being implemented by most of the world's Banking Sectors, hence market cap would not matter anymore🔥

🟢 Do you know what this means? It means XRP could surpass $BTC (Yes, call me crazy but it would).

Replacing Fiat Swift would be accumulated world wide and XRP would be the world currency used in every transaction due to it's efficiency & high speed + consistency💰

🟢 $XRP Price Update

Since the $BTC ETF Approval we were seeing that XRP was following the BTC chart but with low side Volatility 📉

Meaning that XRP with slowly pump with BTC when price goes up, while XRP will heavily dump when BTC Price decreases 🔥

What's next for XRP ⁉️

I added the chart below ⬇️ stating that XRP is on the verge of breaking the triangle. Of course it all depends on BTC Price increasing tomorrow. Hence XRP expected to be trading between 0.58 & 0.59 tomorrow.

Note: Buy the Dip only & hold the coin while it's price increases🔥 Don't buy the Highs ⚠️

Finally on June 2024 the Ripple case will be concluded and settled. When you see that settlement breaking news then XRP Price has no limits🔥

Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC) подала ходатайство о том, чтобы заставить Ripple представить финансовую отчётность за 2022-2023 годы и представить контракты, регулирующие институциональные продажи.

Согласно документам, институциональные продажи охватывают те же типы сделок, которые судья Торрес сочла незарегистрированными предложениями и продажей ценных бумаг.

Представитель SEC направил заявление судье мировому судье Южного округа Нью-Йорка Саре Нетберн. В нём регулятор просит обязать Ripple ответить на единственный вопрос о сумме доходов от институциональных продаж XRP, полученных по контрактам до подачи иска в 2020 году.

Ещё одно требование SEC заключается в том, чтобы суд наложил на Ripple средства правовой защиты, такие как судебные запреты и гражданские штрафы. Комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам обратилась к суду с просьбой принять решение, которое поможет судье Торресу определить, виновна ли была Ripple в первом деле.
