Ainsi, le redressement d’Ether menace de laisser Bitcoin dans l’ombre, comme l’a rapporté Cointelegraph, bien que le BTC/USD ait atteint ses plus hauts niveaux depuis l’annonce post-ETF de décembre 2021.
Le buzz autour de l’ETH qui a fait ses débuts avec un ETF américain plus tard dans l’année a semblé stimuler une dynamique haussière.
Larry Fink, PDG du gestionnaire d'actifs BlackRock qui a publié cette semaine son ETF Bitcoin, a déclaré ce jour-là à CNBC qu'il « voit de la valeur » dans une copie d'Ether.

Considérant ce qui pourrait suivre, Michaël van de Poppe, fondateur et PDG de la société de trading MNTrading, a vu l'Ether continuer de gagner du terrain par rapport au Bitcoin dans le cadre de la capitalisation boursière combinée des crypto-monnaies.

"La domination du Bitcoin semble avoir atteint son paroxysme avant la réduction de moitié du Bitcoin", a-t-il déclaré aux abonnés X.
« Nous nous attendons à voir une continuation alors qu’Ethereum prend plus d’ampleur. Cela pourrait être le sommet du cycle de domination alors que le marché haussier de l'altcoin a commencé.

Van de Poppe a suggéré que l'attention pourrait ainsi se détourner du BTC/USD jusqu'à ce que la subvention globale soit réduite de moitié en avril – elle-même connue comme un catalyseur de prix, bien que pas immédiat.
Pendant ce temps, une partie du récit de l’ETF envisage une compression majeure de l’offre de Bitcoin alors que les institutions cherchent à s’exposer au BTC à long terme.
