📖 PI KYC – ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS (PT1) 🚨 KYC SLOT NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOU? ⚠️ If you have mined a minimum of 30 sessions but you are not able to apply for KYC, it means that your account is identified by the system algorithm as being associated with policy violations including fake accounts, scripting, and more. If you think that there is a mistake by the algorithm, please fill in the form below to submit more information for the Pi Core Team to investigate. Note: This form is NOT meant for other KYC issues such as the KYC review or Validator status. 👉 minepi.com/kyc-application-access 🚨 WHY YOUR KYC APPLICATION MAY BE IN REVIEW FOR LONG In most cases your KYC application is reviewed within 15 minutes. If it takes longer, there may be certain causes for that, including the following: 🔹Submission of wrong ID: if the ID you uploaded is not in the list of accepted IDs for your country or region, it will be rejected. 🔹Incorrect ID choice: If you uploaded an ID different from the ID type selected, though valid, your kyc application will be declined. Eg., if you selected Passport but uploaded Driver's Licence. Also, during your KYC application, capture the photo of the original document directly. Photocopies are not accepted. 🔹Incomplete information. Eg., if your ID has two sides of important information but you uploaded only one side. 🔹Blurry ID or Unclear Photo. 🔹More than one person appearing in the Liveness check video. 🔹Name mismatch. To successfully pass your KYC application, the name on your ID must match your Pi account name. If you have submitted a name change appeal, only small changes to your account name are accepted, such as nicknames, initials, adding/removing middle names, etc. #PiNetwok #HotTrends #KYCUpdate
