The new group will focus on "#cryptocurrency-enabled crimes" such drug trafficking, money laundering, identity theft, and child abuse. Representatives of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Arizona, the Office for U.S. Attorneys, the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Postal Inspection Service signed a memorandum of understanding on the new task force last week.
