Lead traders can create up to two API keys for their lead trading portfolios on the Binance Futures Copy Trading platform.
1. Log in to your Binance account and go to [Futures] - [Copy Trading]. Go to [My Lead], select the portfolio for which you wish to create an API key, and click [API].
2. Click [Create Copy Trading API].
3. Click [Edit restrictions].
4. Select [Restrict access to trusted IPs only (Recommended)], and enter the whitelist IPs. Click [Confirm] and you’ll be able to check the box next to [Enable Futures].
5. After your API key is successfully created, you will see an [API Trading] label on the portfolio. For more details on API trading, please refer to the Binance API documentation.
Important notes:
- Before generating an API key, please ensure that you have created a lead portfolio.
- The Futures Copy Trading API can only be utilized for Futures trading.
- The API key will be automatically deleted upon closure of the lead portfolio.
- Lead traders can create up to two API keys for each futures lead portfolio.
- The Multi-Assets Mode cannot be used with the Futures Copy Trading API key.
- The Futures Copy Trading API key only supports USDT. You can transfer funds via the [My Lead Trading] page.
- The Lead Trader API order rate limit is 20 requests per 10 seconds.
