$BTC just has given a rejection wick at 4H chart frame and can give closing below EMA 200(61600)

In my views , before monthly inflation rate announcement 14 august 2024 BTC will close near 61k and if inflation data goes against expectation then BTc will dump from this level to low. as investors are still waiting to see Inflation rate effect before investing in all over the world.

and this break out will be considered as fake. 🙂‍↕️

Education Purpose post;

Most of new traders , enter long positions or buy in spot after seeing green candle immidiately after a big red candle.

Bro Crypto Doesnt work like this. If you do Scalp trading for 3-5 minutes then this strategy is fine.But 99% cases this strategy is wrong.

This is BTC 1H chart , See the selling pressure just above 1 green candle and most of new traders will buy at this point considering it a good entry but look how market responded immidiately after your buy. Most of cases market immidiately reverses back .

So ,Suggestion is dont panic or get victim of FOMO , Just wait and watch for atleast 4 hours after such dump .in these 4 Hours market will try to find a support and you will also get an idea if there is any more selling pressure or not.

There are alot of other things contribute while buying after such dump but i think the above mentioned points will save you from alot of losses and will make your investment decision better..🙏

Previously when BTC reached to 59,500 level on 18 april 2024 , BTC pumped by $7500 in price in 6 days and gave a weekly closing at 67200 and then reversed back to 56,000.

On 4 March 2024 BTC reached to 59500 level and then pumped by $14,400 in 10 days and gave closing above 73,000 and then reversed back to 60,000.

I consider this 59k range support a high level support .

Do your own research before taking any investment decision.

$BTC giving wick on its 4H support 57,500 at trend line as marked in below picture. Which is also a retracmemt zone of Descending triangle Break out.

If BTC breaks down this support zone then you will see BTC soon at 54,000-55000 range .also BTC has given EMA 50 break down today at 4H chart , If BTC again faces rejection from 58300 (EMA 50 ) then BTC probably comes back to retest its supoort at 57,500 and will break the support zone.

My 4H bottom support is at 54,400 . I hope BTC will hold its support at 57,500 and we will see BTC above 61k soon.

How was the update on $BTC yesterday. ?

BTC did not dump from 58,000 range and touched almost 60k .

But on daily time frame it is getting rejection of trend line resistance .
Above 2395 it will be considered a break out of daily candle and on break out you will soon see ETH at 2500 range. but right now there is no such chances .

Other thing is if you see bottom supoort trend line it is around 2160.

If eth dumps from current price it will fall in 2100 range.

BTC will clearly touch 59,200 zone and then we will see a dump.

If you follow trend line of BTC at 4H time frame you will see a rising trend line , and BTC faced rejection in 58,400 range multiple times today but it was not a dump , this indicates that BTC is traping shorts and now will go to target their stop losses above side.

It can face rejection from historical resistance zone at 154.

It has support of EMA 50 at 135 zone .

BTC Has given break out of falling wedges and trend line resistance .

BTC has given break out of EMA 50 and trend line resistance level as well at 4H chart frame.

The next rejection area is 57,200 and 58,700. BTC can cone back for retracement at 54,000 level to test its buying support.

What next ? BTC will first reach to 56k level at EMA 50 resistance of 4H chart frame , if BTC gives break out at that level we can hope for 59k. It doesnt mean this will happen tommorow. But we will see this level soon.....
