Japanese Financial Giant to Use Ripple (XRP) For International Remittances

According to an announcement from SBI Holdings, SBI Remit Co. will become the first in Japan to use “XRP as a bridge between two legal currencies”.

To begin with, the aforementioned services will only be available to those with bank accounts in “the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia”.
