Dapper Labs settles lawsuit over NBA Top Shot NFTs being securities. Dapper Labs will pay the plaintiffs $4 million, which includes compensation for the plaintiffs' claims and legal costs.
As part of the settlement, Dapper Labs has agreed to make certain business changes, including:
• Transferring all its FLOW tokens to the Flow Foundation
• Allowing third-party markets other than Dapper to trade NBA Top Shot NFTs
• Processing withdrawals more promptly
