In one image, ZachXBT showed an email from an IRS-CI special agent requesting assistance from crypto agents in a new digital asset case; the IRS-CI special agent praised the #blockchain agents for "doing a great job" in securing the #cryptocurrency space.
In addition, ZachXBT reiterated its willingness to assist fraud victims by providing law enforcement with the necessary documentation. However, the company noted that it was unwilling to do so after its boundaries and privacy were violated.
It seems that "blatant disregard for any professionalism" is not the only reason ZachXBT has refused to offer its expertise in blockchain crime cases. Recently, the crypto detective refused to help the owners of Complexx (SIMPLE), a #meme coin project that launched on the Base network and was shut down after a few days.

I don't like spending a lot of time helping people who willingly choose to gamble with steamcoin memes instead of real victims.
According to an April 4 statement, the developers of the meme coin shut down the complex project due to recent harassment incidents affecting participants' mental health. At the time of the statement, the SIMPLE coin had lost most of its value, with a market value of less than $ 80,000.
